2014 – Procurement of printed materials and promotional materials

Fundatia Corona from Romania is planning to award the contract for procurement of printed materials and promotional materials under the project 10-39893/1 “Laboratory of common understanding. Experience who I am!” financed by the National Programme for Transition Assistance and Institutional Building 2009, Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA). The contract value corresponding to these services is 13.500 Euro without VAT. The length of the contract is approximately 11 months. The CPV codes for the foreseen activities are 79800000-2 Printing and related services and 39294100-0 Informative and promotional materials.

The contract involves: the graphic design and printing of 4.500 brochures in Macedonian, 200 brochures in English, 80 training support in English, 300 posts in Macedonian, 4.500 fliers in Macedonian, 3.500 calendars in Macedonian; and the acquisition and inscription of 350 folders, 350 pens and 350 bags. The tenderer must ensure the delivery of materials in Macedonia, Skopje, on his own responsibility.

Taking in consideration the provisions of Annex IV-Contract-award procedures from the Grant contract no. 10-39893/1 which states at point 4.2 that “Service contracts worth less than € 200 000 must be awarded by means of a negotiated procedure without publication, in which the Beneficiary consults at least three service providers of its choice and negotiates the terms of the contract with one or more of them.” and the fact that on 7 of February at 15.00, only 1 tenderer has requested and submitted an offer under this call, the evaluation committee has decided to prolong the submission date for the tenders for 14.02.2014, 14.00 pm and the opening session of offers on 17 of February 2014 at 10.00 am. All the other provisions of the Terms of Reference remain unchanged.

The procedure will be resumed at a later time. No more information related to the call are for the moment available.
